Claiming Space: tailored training

Tailored training and facilitated spaces for you and your team.

Like our :evening sessions, we facilitate spaces in or outside your workplace to reflect on your own practice, share experience and learn more from our range of module topics. Sessions will begin and end with yoga-inspired movement and meditation (adapted to suit your group) to focus and frame the time. At the start of each space we will collectively set rules on confidentiality and how we share during our time together.

Training modules include: mental health awareness, vicarious trauma, self-care, meditation and yoga, stress and burnout.

We offer flexible packages for one-off or regular sessions.
